Nordic property fund covering Sweden, Finland and the other
countries around the Baltic Sea. The fund was launched in 2006 and
closed for new investments 2009
- Committed capital SEK 1.2 billion (EUR 130 million)
- Focus on properties with high and sustainable yield,
irrespective of property type, primarily in Sweden and Finland
- Target gross IRR of 18%
Sveafastigheter Sverige I
The first major Swedish property fund aimed at institutional
investors. The fund was launched in 2003 and fully invested in
2006.

- Focus on cash-flow generating properties in Sweden
- Target gross IRR of 20%
