Sveafastigheter Asset Management (SAM) is a subsidiary of
Sveafastigheter founded in 2007 as a means of ensuring high-quality
asset management of properties and development projects where
Sveafastigheter otherwise would not have an immediate local
partner. SAM has over the past years built a strong track record of
successful asset management and project management co-operations
with Sveafastigheter's funds and is currently involved in the asset
management of approximately 70 properties with about 150,000 square
metres of lettable area. SAM is also the main project manager in
the Vällingby Parkstad portfolio - a turnaround project aiming to
develop approximately 1,500 apartments and townhouses just outside
central Stockholm.
